James founded Rise Builders with a vision to create the highest quality, custom luxury homes in Southwest Florida. Originally from New York, he graduated from Gettysburg College with a BA in Business Management. James spent a decade building luxury homes in the San Francisco Bay Area, collaborating with world-renowned architects and interior designers, which has equipped him with a confident and dynamic skill set. His previous work has been featured in prestigious publications such as Architectural Digest and Dwell. With substantial experience managing large, complex projects, James excels in communicating effectively about budgets, schedules, and the overall construction process. Clients appreciate his honesty, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to delivering an enjoyable building experience.
